Any pages indexed on the NaviServer, be they local or remote, are available for NaviLinking. Just bring up a page in GNNpress and select Tools->NaviLink Page. Choose the NaviServer you want to link against (http://:...). GNNpress sends your page to the server, and the server applies natural language processing technology to identify some potential hyperlinks that you could add to your page. GNNpress gives you a nice interface for deciding which links you want to use.
In the resulting dialog, the first list box provides a set of potential links, or places in your page where a link might be appropriate. Select one of them: the corresponding text in your page will be selected, and the second list box will list pages, from the NaviServer's index, which are possible links.
Pressing Show Page
will open a window displaying the
page selected in the second list box. Pressing Apply
will make
a link from your potential link to the selected page. Pressing Undo will
undo the last link added.
